Our independent role

Perquity Intellect Private Limited provides MSME policy advisory, subsidy facilitation, case management, documentation and professional coordination. It is not a government department, Ministry, MSEFC, court, tribunal or law firm. Enrolled advocates undertake legal practice and appearances where required under their separate professional responsibility.

Subsidies and policy benefits

Availability depends on the current notification, operational guidelines, application period, budget and the enterprise’s eligibility. New-unit incentives and existing-unit assistance are assessed separately. Benefits are not automatically cumulative. Website descriptions do not create a right to subsidy, approval or disbursement.

Delayed payment assistance

The specialist MSME delayed-payment route is subject to micro or small enterprise eligibility, registration timing, jurisdiction, limitation, transaction evidence and applicable law. Settlement, award, recovery and timeframes depend on the parties, facts and competent authority. No recovery amount or fixed completion date is guaranteed.

Fees and engagement

Professional fees, taxes, expenses, third-party charges, deliverables and payment milestones are disclosed in the written engagement. Any recovery-linked or concessional arrangement must be specifically agreed. A website enquiry creates no automatic appointment or payment obligation.

Client authority and records

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their records and declarations. Submissions and settlements require appropriate client authorisation. Buyer payments are to be made directly to the client’s designated account. Subsidy disbursements follow the route prescribed by the relevant scheme.
